Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote. All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue. All prices quoted are AUD, excl. GST and Ex-Factory. Delivery is at an additional cost and is dependent on volume and location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are correct and meet their requirements. Any amendments or cancellations post processing will result in all incurred costs being invoiced to the customer, including, but not limited to, the full cost of non-house fabric orders.
All images, specifications and dimensions are intended as a guide only. Fineseat reserves the right to alter, modify or change the dimensions, design or construction of any items without prior written notice.
All standard draughtsman options in the task seating range are with medium height backs. Draughtsman options are not recommended for high back chairs. Chairs that are customised into a draughtsman option are done so at the risk of the purchaser and Fineseat cannot be held responsible for any stability related problems.
Fineseat warrants its products to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship for the period designated on the product page or otherwise as agreed to in writing. This warranty is made to original users acquiring the product directly from Fineseat or its authorised dealers. The original user’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Fineseat's option. Any warranty work will be performed by Fineseat or its designated agent.
This warranty shall not apply to any products which need to be repaired or replaced due to damage caused by negligence, abuse, accident or shipping. It will also not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished other than by Fineseat or an authorised agent or because of natural variations in materials over which Fineseat has no control. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labour except as agreed to with Fineseat. This warranty is not applicable to end user customers who use Fineseat’s products for rental purposes. The warranty is void once the product is resold.
Warranties are based on an eight hour, single shift workday or standard school operating hours, and for users weighing up to and no more than its recommended weight capacity.
The warranty on custom fabrics, laminate and other materials is limited to that given by the manufacturer, agent or supplier. Fineseat House Upholstery are warranted for a period of 3 years.
Orders up to $50,000 AUD require a 30% deposit at time of order placement. Orders over $50,000 AUD require a 50% deposit at time of order placement. Balance is to be paid prior to delivery. Fineseat will not order fabric or commence manufacturing until the requested deposit has been made. All goods remain the property of Fineseat until full payment has been received.
If the purchaser does not adhere to Fineseat’s credit terms and charges are incurred to recover moneys due, the customer will be charged for the collection commission and any legal fees.
Delivery and collection times are arranged once goods are ready to be dispatched. All lead times given are an estimation only; please be aware that custom upholstery, materials or dimensions may incur a longer lead time.
Purchases can be held for 2 weeks free of charge after the due date specified during time of order. If the client cannot accept delivery or cannot collect the goods during this period of time, the invoice must be paid in full. In addition, a storage fee of 10% of the cost of the order will be charged per week.
